Please be advised the Regular Meeting Scheduled for December 21, 2016 has been rescheduled to December 14, 2016 as Christmas Holidays are very close to this date, and many of the Board Members could not attend the meeting,it was agreed on November 30th, 2016 to substitute and advance it to December 14, 2016.

The Historic Preservation and Design Review Board was created by Ordinance #1100, adopted August 28, 1985, amending Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances by adding Article VII and VIII, and amended by Ordinance #99-1100.27, adopted on June 1, 1999. The board issues Certificates of Appropriateness Class "A" Permit, authorizing the total or partial alteration of a structure which is zoned as a historic site either in the Historic Overlay District, or exceptionally in other areas.
